love tree

Here another fun project I put together for http://fantabulouscricut.blogspot.com/ We had to make something with a tree. I always make cards so I went with something different. I put together a 8x8 scrap page. It means a lot to me because it a photo of me and the man that I love. It has been a long time since I felt this way about anyone. We have been together for a year and I still feel like a little girl when I see him. We are long distance for now, he lives in Milwaukee and I live in Chicago, We are a hour and a half away from each other so it does take some planning. I wouldn't change a thing about it.
The tree is cut at 4 inches and is from the sweetheart cartridge and so are the little people. The grass is from PDDU and so is the moon which was cut at 2 inches. The sentiment is from scrappy moms stamp set the sweet something collection

My Creative Time "ST. PATRICK'S THEME"

This is a fun challenge and I really had to come up with something great. I didn't want to use a shamrock for it so a pot of gold had to do. I really wish I could find my pot of gold I could use it.
I added some gold stickles to give it a nice shimmer and the rainbow is create-a-critter and so are the clouds

Cricut Cardz Challenge 64

I really enjoy all the fun challenges at http://www.cricutcardzchallenge.blogspot.com/. This time we had to make a bookmark for the challenge. This is what I came up with.

The apple is cut from create-a-critter, it reminded me of a school teacher. Right now I'm in school to get my degree in Early Childhood.

Wacky Wednesday "zoo theme"

I have a reason not to do a card but work on a actual scrap page. There is only one cut that is from my cricut eveything else is just me cutting the old fashion was.

The photos are from the past summer. I really love going to the zoo. Here is a second page

CTO "any occasion"

Here is another great challenge over at http://www.celebratetheoccasion.blogspot.com/. This week challenge was to use the colors green and white with an optional color. The first thing that I came up with was to do something for St. Patrick Day.
The shamrock was cut at 4inches and was from PDUU. The sentiment is from Pink by Design (http://www.pinkcricut.com/) and the background paper is from K&Company.

Challenge #49 Shaped Card

Here is another fun challenge hosted at http://fantabulouscricut.blogspot.com/. I had to make a card with a different shape and not the usual square. It was time for me to knock thedirt off of my wild card cartridge. I have a fun who will be having a baby soon so I made the this lovely card for her.

Q for Quotes and Sayings

It's time for another challenge at http://alphabetchallengeblog.blogspot.com/. This time we had to use a quote and it was fum coming up with something fun. I did two cards for this challenge.

The shoes are cut from "forever young" and if you can't read the quote it says "give a girl the right shoes and she can conquer the world"  The second card is all stamped with a stamp set I got from Joann for $3.
