Cricut Cardz Challenge #59

I really like the challenges for the http://www.cricutcardzchallenge.blogspot.com/. I really had to think for this one and it was a challenge to come up with something. I had to make a card for a child for valentine's day and I used my create-a-critter cartridge for the doggy and the heart. It was cut a 2.5 inches and the words "puppy love" was cut at 2 inches and was from sweetheart cartridge.

Wacy Wednesday Challenge

Here is another fum project that I'm working on for a challenge over at http://morethanfavors.blogspot.com. The challenge was to use the colors brown, green, and pink. I used all the colors and had so much fun with this. I used a new cartridge that I just purchased "April Showers" I think it turned out better than I thought it would.
All the cuts are at 3 inches and the ribbon is from Michael's $1 bin. If you can't tell by checking out my blog I really love using ribbon on my cards. The background paper is from K&Company its for the valentine series of paper. This card will go to someone very special

Terrific Tuesday Challenge

The challenge for this week over at scrappymoms-stamps.blogspot.com was to use the "sweetheart" cartridge I wanted to challenge myself so I used the woman on the scooter. It was fun to cut all the different layers and have some fun with it.

All layers were cut at 3 inches
I used scrappy moms stamps for the sentiment
the background paper is from K& Company

The background paper is from K & Company and I used the smiley card to make the x's and o's. I used the pk-532 simple sallies faces from peachy keen. It will be for someone special.

The challenge was to design a card using the cartridge "birthday bash". If you don't have that one then use something similar to it. I create a card for my cousin's son who is turning five. I hope he likes it.

Scrappin Goals

OK so since I had a cricut I have gotten a few cartridges and have not used them all. My goal is to make something using ever one of the cartridges that I own. It will be a card, scrapbook page, home decor, clothing using my Yudu or just some hand painting. I want to be able to post videos as well. So wish me good luck with my goals. Once I hit 100 followers I will give away something special. Stay tuned....

Kintting?

I love to craft and all things provo craft. I recieve a loom for christmas in hopes that I will start to knit. I will see how it goes.

Twlight shirt

I wanted to give this shirt to my cousin for her birthday and didn't have time to use my Yudu to make it. I decided to hand paint it. I cut some vinyl using my cricut and the gypsy. The font I used is plantin schoolbook and the heart is from doodlecharm and the florist is from gypsy wandering.

The first thing I did after cutting the vinyl out was to hand paint over the letters. The pain I used is the brand Tulip soft fabric paint.I used the colors white velvet and red metallics
I let the shirt dry over night and heat set it to give it a finish look. I think it turned out alright.

"Edward" card

I made this card for my cousin because she is a huge fan of twlight and thought it would be something cute for her. I used PDDU for the boy. I cut it out at 3' and I used peachy keen to stamp on the face. I added some stickles for that extra glam. I think it came out alright.

Gifts for my Cousin

My little 12 yr old cousin is a huge fan of Twilight and I wanted to give her something nice for her birthday. I made her a card and brought her some stuff. The shirt I hand and I will give more details on it. Here is the photo
