Scrappy Moms Tuesday Challenge

I decided to challenge myself to do more crafting and get it done by doing some challenges.The first one is over at http://www.scrappymoms-stamps.blogspot.com/ . The challenge was to design a card using the cartridge "birthday bash". If you don't have that one then use something similar to it. I create a card for my cousin's son who is turning five. I hope he likes it.
